Teledyne Test Tools T3AFG range of generators are a series of single and dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generators with specifications of up to 120 Mhz maximum bandwidth, 1.2GSa/s maximum sampling rate and 14 or 16-bit vertical resolution.
