Actuator/Sensor Cable

An actuator sensor cable connects to the actuator (mover component) of a machine, and transmits a current (control signal) that moves or controls a system or a mechanism. The wires in an actuator sensor cable can be made of copper or polyolefin, while the outer insulation sheath is made from thermoplastic materials such as polyurethane, PVC or EPR.

What are actuator sensor cables used for?

Actuator sensor cables are used in indoor and outdoor applications. The cables are highly resistant to weather and extreme temperatures. Actuator sensor cables are used in industries such as food and beverage production, medical technology, chemical processing, tool manufacturing and electromagnetic-sensitive environments.
