AC-DC Integrated Power Stage - CoolSET™, Infineon

The Infineon Off-line SMPS Current mode controller comes complete with integrated 650V CoolMOS and start up cell (frequency jitter mode). The PMIC BiCMOS technology has a 26V VCC range that covers the changes in the auxiliary supply when the CV/CC regulation is applied to the secondary side. It also has an active burst mode that offers low standby power as well as auto restart mode features to protect from VCC over-voltage/under-voltage, output open loop and over-temperature The ICE3B1565J has a fixed frequency current mode flyback PWM controller and can be used in a variety of applications from Smart meters, DVD players, set top boxes, game consoles along with LED TV’s.
