Keysight Technologies Multiplexer

The Keysight Technologies data acquisition 20 channel multiplexer is a module divided into two banks of 10. Each channel has a 2-wire connection. All 20 channels switch both HI and LO inputs, thus providing fully isolated inputs to the internal DMM or an external instrument. It is compatible with 12 different input signals temperature with thermocouples, RTDs and thermistors, the voltage in AC/DC, two or four-wire resistance, frequency and period, currents in AC/DC and capacitance. During four-wire resistance measurements, channels from the bank are automatically paired with channels from bank B to provide the source and sense connections. The module has a built-in thermocouple reference junction to minimize errors due to thermal gradients when measuring thermocouples.
