It's an FET multiplexer that scans up to 1000 channels per second, making it an ideal fit for high-volume test applications. For ease of assembly, this multiplexer module is specifically designed for use with Keysight’s 34980A data acquisition system (195-3167). Installation is a cinch, thanks to its standard 50-pin D-sub connectors.
