ADUM3470CRSZ Analog Devices, 4-Channel Digital Isolator 25Mbps, 2500 V, 20-Pin SSOP

The ADuM347x series from Analog Devices are a range of quad channel digital isolators incorporating Analog Devices’ iCoupler® technology with an integrated PWM controller and transformer driver. This design eliminates the need for a separate isolated DC-to-DC converter in 2W isolated designs.
