RS PRO Santoprene Transparent Santoprene Tubing, 4.8 mm Bore Size, 3 m Long, Food Grade, Peristaltic Pump Compatible

This flexible, cream-coloured Santoprene tubing from RS PRO is non-toxic and food grade. Suitable for use with peristaltic pumps, it stops cross-contamination of the liquids flowing through it. It can commonly be found in applications such as spray-coating dispensers.

With the benefits of a thermoplastic mix of polypropylene, Santoprene, looks, feels and behaves like rubber. This makes it durable while offering excellent long-term performance. Santoprene tubes are not only tough and flexible, but they also have excellent sealing capabilities. This tube has a 4.8 mm bore size and comes in a length of 3 metres.

It's compliant with BS: 2848 standards for flexible insulated sleeving when used in electrical appliances. As part of the RS PRO range, it's been stringently tested for reliability. This tubing can be used in a range of environments from laboratories to fermentation plants.
