CY4541 EZ-PD CCG4 Evaluation Kit, Cypress Semiconductor

The CY4541 EZ-PD CCG4 Evaluation Kit demonstrates the functionality of USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) controllers for a Two-Port USB Type-C based Host System. A CCG4 dual port USB Type-C controller can act either as a power provider (Source) or as a power consumer (Sink).

USB is a cable bus supporting data exchange between a host computer and a wide range of simultaneously accessible peripherals. There is a differential signal data interface for transmit and receive communication path. The bus includes power at 5 Volts.
