MDO3000 Instrument Upgrade MDO3SA

Users of Tektronix MDO3000 Series oscilloscopes can add functionality by purchasing instrument upgrades after the initial scope purchase. Instrument upgrade MDO3SA increases spectrum analyzer input frequency range to 9kHz - 3GHz and captures bandwidth to 3GHz. It is a one-time permanent upgrade to any MDO3000 Series oscilloscope, enabled through a single-use application module hardware key. The hardware key is used to enable the feature and then is not required for future use.
