TE Connectivity Cold Applied In-Line Splices

Cold applied in-line splices that require no heating for installation and provide environmental sealing against moisture using a flame retardant silicone based gel sealing system and electrical isolation using a polymer outer layer. The crimp barrels of these splices are made from tin plated copper and the transparent polyvinylidene fluoride insulation sleeves have a colour coded end cap at either end. These cold applied in-line splices provide protection and sealing on all conventional MIL spec and commercial wire insulation systems.
Stock number 782-4755 is for use with a wire range of 26, 24, 22 and 20 AWG and has red colour coded caps at either end
Stock number 782-4768 is for use with a wire range of 18 to16 AWG and has blue colour coded caps at either end
Stock number 782-4759 is for use with a wire range of 14 to12 AWG and has yellow colour coded caps at either end

Note

An AD-1381 or approved M22520/44-01 crimp tool must be used for proper installation of these devices.
