Lambda GEL COH-1002 series sheet type thermal conductive gel is a very soft, tacky gap filler that facilitates excellent heat dissipation whilst minimising heat resistance. The COH-1002 series is usable over wide temperature ranges, is flame retardant and electrically insulating. Suitable for wide area applications such as power modules.
