A range of broadband radio frequency attenuators from Analog Devices in low cost leadless surface mount packages. The range includes fixed attenuators, voltage-controlled variable attenuators and digitally switched attenuators. The digitally switched attenuator devices feature GaAs MMIC technology with up to 31.5dB of attenuation in 0.5dB increments.
