- Production packaging products (with stock numbers XXX-XXXP)
- Extended range products
- Specially manufactured products
We also can’t accept the return of ESD sensitive devices, where the original RS ESD shielding packaging has been compromised e.g. the bag has been opened and resealed, or multiple bags have been stapled together.
Calibrated products in their original packaging may be returned, but calibration costs will not be reimbursed.
