How do I return a product ordered online?
You can request a return online through "My Account" via your order history. You must be registered to access "My Account".
If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products in line with our terms and conditions

If you have ordered your products via phone or mail,
You will see an empty return template. where you need to fill in the information from your offline order. You will automatically receive a return number, which you have to ensure is visible on the parcel, when you return your product to RS. This method can also be used for online orders.
If you have paid with credit card and you return one or more products, we ask you to register your bank account number. If you return more products, you only have to register the number once. We will transfer the money to your account. If we don't receive this information, you will have a voucher at your RS account until we hear from you.

Remember to add the RMA (Return Material Autorisation) number at the parcel, so it is visible.
