The DiodesZetex makes a PNP low saturation transistor. The powerDI3333-8 packaging of this device has a small form factor thermally efficient package, which enables higher density end products. The device offers BVCEO greater than -40 V and low saturation voltage of less than -320 mV, it is designed for temperatures exceeding 175°C, thus making it Ideal for applications which have high ambient temperature. The package is Lead, halogen and Antimony Free. The device also offers a wettable flank for improved optical inspection.
The Collector-Emitter voltage is -40 V The device has ul flammability classification rating of 94V-0 The device has moisture sensitivity of level 3 per J-STD-020 The Terminal finish is Matte Tin annealed over Copper
