The Nexperia 8-bit buffer/line driver is designed with 3-state outputs and features two output enable pins (1OE and 2OE). A high level on nOE places the associated outputs in a high-impedance state. Its overvoltage-tolerant inputs make it suitable for use as a translator in mixed voltage environments.
Supports mixed mode voltage operation on all ports
IOFF circuitry provides partial Power down mode operation
Latch up performance exceeds 250 mA per JESD 78 Class II
