• Ideal for communication equipment in machine-to-machine interfaces

• Utilised in robotics for reliable signal transmission

• Often employed in HVAC systems for efficient control signals

What are the implications of using this cable in extreme temperature environments?

The cable operates effectively between -20 °C and +80 °C, making it suitable for various industrial settings, including those with fluctuating temperatures. Its sturdy PVC sheath and tinned copper conductors ensure functionality under these conditions.

How does the construction of this cable affect its installation process?

With a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter, this cable can be easily routed through tight spaces without compromising its integrity. This flexibility simplifies the installation process, especially in complex setups.

What resistance levels can be expected from this control cable?

The conductor resistance is rated at 10.2 ohms per 1000ft at 20 °C, which allows for efficient signal transmission across considerable distances without significant loss.

Is this product compliant with environmental regulations?

Yes, the cable complies with the RoHS Directive, ensuring it is free from hazardous substances and safe for use in electrical and electronic equipment. This demonstrates a commitment to environmental standards.
