The Schneider Electric Split Core Current Transformer is ideal for cable installations. The split core design facilitates easy and non disruptive installation around existing cables. It has a conventional free air thermal current of 300 A, ensuring reliable performance under normal operating conditions. The transformer has a maximum safety factor of 5 and can withstand a permissible current of 15,000 A for a short duration.
