When your supply voltage is riding too high for your circuit, use this DC-DC converter from Traco Power to take it down a level. A 2:1 ratio gives you an input voltage range between 80 and 160V DC for a reliable 24V DC-regulated output. The unit uses a SELV system of separation with a reinforced 3kV isolation voltage to keep you safe from shocks. Noisy environments are no problem as integrated filters boost the device's immunity to EMC while keeping conducted and radiated emissions to a minimum. Overload, under-voltage and short-circuit protections prevent electrical damage to connected equipment.
