Tesa Double Sided Cloth Tape, 25mm width, 50m length - 05938-00003-00

This double-sided cloth tape provides a Durable bonding solution for assembly and mounting in industrial environments. It combines a cloth backing with a synthetic rubber adhesive to deliver good peel performance on uneven substrates while operating under elevated temperature conditions. The product is supplied in a black finish and is intended for applications requiring a balance of shear strength and tack.

Features and Benefits:

• 80 N/cm tensile strength for high load-bearing joins
• 8 N/cm adhesion strength for secure surface attachment
• 0.19 mm thickness for low-profile bonding
• Synthetic rubber adhesive offering immediate tack
• Heat tolerance up to 80°C for warm operating environments

Applications

• Suitable for mounting components on rough surfaces
• Ideal for securing fabric and trim in industrial assembly
• Used with composite panels where a low profile is required
• Can be used for temporary fixtures during production runs
• Suitable for bonding where a black finish is preferred

What backing material provides structural support?

The backing is a woven cloth substrate that gives tear resistance and conforms to irregular surfaces.

How does the adhesive perform on textured substrates?

The synthetic rubber formulation maintains contact on uneven surfaces, promoting steady adhesion despite surface roughness.

What environmental temperature range can it withstand?

It remains functional at temperatures up to 80°C without losing adhesion performance.

How are length and width presented for stock and cutting?

Rolls are supplied at 50 m length and 25 mm width, enabling repeated cutting for assembly tasks.
