The Bosch HSS-Co Metal Drill Bit is MADE from fully-ground HSS (High-Speed Steel) with a 5% cobalt alloy content, which provides enhanced wear resistance and heat protection, especially when drilling in stainless steel. It features a cylindrical shank system, compatible with three-jaw drill chucks in drill stands and drill drivers. It is suitable for drilling holes in a range of materials, including alloyed and non-alloyed steel, stainless steel/inox, cast iron, cast steel, and hard plastics.
