A durable and resilient Polyurethane Nylon drum heating element designed for the reduction of the viscosity of liquids to make it easier to pump or pour and intended to fit a drum size of 105L.;The heating element comes in a 1650 mm x 370 mm adjustable jacket complete with quick-release buckles for easy attachment to the drum.;Constructed with Teflon Polyester insulation providing and even distribution of heat and minimum heat loss. A capillary thermostat regulates temperatures up to a maximum operating temperature of 90°C. ;Supplied with a 4m power cable and an IP40 rating for protection from small objects and wires greater than 1mm in size. ;This heating element is commonly found in the food production and manufacturing industries. You can use it to warm foodstuffs, soaps, varnishes, chemicals and other substances.
