RS PRO Fibreglass PCB and Flux Brush

This cleaning brush has been designed in the shape of a pencil and holds fibreglass brush strands which are 4 mm in diameter. The bristles can be moved accordingly in and out of the holder, by rotating the end knob clockwise and anticlockwise. This function is ideal for protecting the brush and keeping it clean when it is not being used, as well as having the bristles at the required length for the job in hand.

This brush is recommended for cleaning corroded electronics contacts, PCB tracks prior to soldering, as a remover of paint or varnish from small components and for cleaning the area prior to applying flux.

It’s very simple to replace the brush with these simple steps. Unscrew the Ferrell, pull out what is left of the fibreglass pad, insert the new refill and reassemble the brush.
