The Vishay High Temperature Metallized Polypropylene DC-Link Film Capacitor is designed for demanding applications such as automotive power electronics, charging systems, and industrial power conversion. It features a mono construction with metallized polypropylene film dielectric and tinned wire terminals. Encapsulated in a flame-retardant plastic case sealed with resin, it meets IEC 61071, IEC 60068, and IEC 60384-16 standards and is AEC-Q200 qualified (rev. E) up to 105 °C. With low self-inductance (<1 nH per mm of lead spacing), it ensures reliable performance in high-frequency circuits.
