The Microchip High speed dual MOSFET driver is designed to drive high-voltage N and P-channel MOSFET transistors, making it suitable for medical ultrasound and other applications that require a high output current for capacitive loads. The MD1211 features a high-speed input stage capable of operating from a 1.8 to 5.0V logic interface, with an optimal input signal range between 1.8 and 3.3V. Its level translator incorporates a proprietary circuit that enables DC coupling along with high-speed operation.
