The Microchip 1.5 A low-side MOSFET gate drivers fabricated on BiCMOS/DMOS process. The devices feature low power consumption and high efficiency. It translate TTL or CMOS input logic levels to output voltage levels that swing within 25 mV of the positive supply or ground whereas comparable bipolar devices are capable of swinging only to within 1 V of the supply.
