The ROHM 2 channel Half-Bridge Gate Driver is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and controlled via a 16-bit SPI interface. It enables independent control of high-side and low-side N-MOSFETs, allowing for flexible MCU-driven operation modes. The programmable drive current helps optimize slew rates for EMI and power efficiency. Integrated diagnostics can be read and reset by the MCU, enhancing system reliability and fault management.
