These IDC receptacle connectors consist of a pre-loaded adjustable bridge type cover. This cover protects the contacts and provides an accurate cover-to-base alignment that ensures a reliable termination. The cover and base assembly lock together enabling easy cable assembly. The IDC terminals have a long wiping action for a reliable electrical performance. Duplex plating on the terminals guarantees a performance of 100 mating cycles.
