The FTDI Chip USB flash disk interface with enclosure is the Vinculum II Development Module, featuring a protective lid for USB port safety in harsh environments. The default firmware preloaded in the VDRIVE3 module supports UART or SPI interfacing with a system host controller, providing a convenient solution for seamless integration of USB memory stick or thumb drive access. The VDRIVE3 serves as a drop-in replacement for the VDRIVE2.
