OSRAM SYNIOS P2720 Series LEDs

The SYNIOS P2720 series from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is a family of LEDs designed for automotive manufacturing and lighting designers. These high brightness LEDs share the same footprint and come in three different chip sizes. Therefore fewer SYNIOS P2720 LEDs are required to achieve a brighter light output.

Available in a range of colours, the SYNIOS P2720 offer narrow colour-binning for white LEDs to ensure colour consistency. They are also Ideal for use with light pipes and for automotive applications including; forward lighting, signalling and rear combination lighting.

Features of the SYNIOS P2720 LEDs:

Range of colours

High brightness output

3 x chip sizes available

High reliability

Compact package

Good thermal characteristics

High efficiency

Note

Amber LEDs – Originally designed for use in automotive brake-light applications, OSRAM amber LEDs can appear red due to a high dominant Wavelength value. Refer to a dominant Wavelength colour chart to find your chosen LED colour.
