They can also handle high termal and high driving current. An exposed pad design allows for efficient heat transfer from the LED to the motherboard. The ASMT-Ax3x LEDs have a low profile packae which is ideal for use in applications where height is restricted. Ideal applications for the ASMT-Ax3x LEDs include; architecture, channel backlighting, contouring, retail displays, decorative lighting, garden lighting, emergency signage and task lighting.
