During normal operation, lids and covers ensure protection of the test sockets from dust and unauthorized use. According to the mounting choice, two options available: –– a lid for all types of mounting –– a cover required for base mounting ("S/DS" mounting coding) In the case of opened contacts sockets, electrical continuity covers or lids are required. The electrical continuity is provided thanks to inner pins and linking bar.
