The Microchip PIC series 8bit low power, high performance MCU with XLP technology, features a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with computation (ADCC) automating capacitive voltage divider (CVD) techniques for advanced capacitive touch sensing, averaging, filtering, oversampling and threshold comparison. It has 128 KB flash memory, 8KB RAM, 1KB EEPROM and 28 pins. It's operating temperature ranges between -40°C to +85°C (Industrial).
