Toshiba TB67H401FTG(O,EL), Brushed Motor Driver IC 48-Pin, VQFN

The Toshiba brushed DC motor driver has dual integrated H-bridges that can be controlled independently. This IC is fabricated with the BiCD process and is rated at 50V, 3.0A/ch.
