Schneider Electric Power Base - U-Line Series


Schneider Electric power bases are one of two basic units that are required every when used in conjunction with a control unit. This type of power base is independent of the control voltage motor power, it also incorporates the braking function.

    The TeSys U is a modular system for motor control; it enables the user to create a customised solution for their control requirements, from a series of standard modules. The plug-in modules allow the assembly and wiring before the selection of motor protection parameters and control voltages, they can be created or changed in seconds by changing the plug-in modules. A host of DOL starting applications can be catered for.

    • Tesys model U is easy to select:


    First choose a Power Base- 12A or 32A, direct on line or reversing. The power base includes 2 auxiliary contacts.

    Then choose the plug-in protection module by motor full load current and control voltage required.

    Additional plug in functions can be selected and added at any time.

    The plug-in bases can use any LU9 type blocks see stock no. 493-8779 for base option

    Note

    Current shown is when at a voltage of 440V is utilised. LUB**** series power bases are non-reversing, LU2B**** series are reversing types.
