It simplifies IGBT VCE fault protection, making it compact, affordable, and easy to implement. Key features include integrated VCE detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), "soft" IGBT turn-off, isolated open collector fault feedback, active Miller clamping, and auto-fault reset. These features provide maximum design flexibility and ensure robust circuit protection.
