The new Infiniivision 3000T X-Series MSO digital storage and mixed signal oscilloscopes give engineers a powerful tool for finding, isolating and resolving the most difficult signal problems.

These oscilloscopes offer modern user interfaces including an industry first 8.5 inch capacitive touch screen and new features for isolating problems faster. The 3000T X-Series also offers six instruments in one unit: oscilloscope, digital channels, digital volt meter, protocol analysis, wave-gen waveform generator, and an 8-digit counter and totaliser.

Easy to touch targets, adaptable interface and pop-up keyboard to document what you discover.

Signal detail is enhanced by an update rate of over 1 million wave forms. The likelihood of capturing and identifying random and infrequent events is higher than ever. The rate also remains constant regardless of which functions you have switched on.

Identified anomalies can be isolated with Zone Trigger by simply drawing a box around the signal area of interest on screen.

Support for a wide range of popular and emerging serial bus applications including: ARINC 429, CAN/CAN-Symbolic, CAN-FD, FlexRay, I2C, I2S, LIN, MIL-STD 1533, SENT, SPI 4-wire and UART/RS232C.

You can also correlate analogue digital and frequency data using the gated FFT for multi-domain problem solving.
