It's easy to set up thanks to its through-hole mounting, while the screw termination method allows for easy securing of connections. Its steel screws as well as its four contacts are tin-plated to reduce corrosion, oxidation and degradation. Accepting solid and strained cable with a wire size range of 0.13 mm² to 1.3 mm², this is a highly versatile connector.

This component has been tested in order to meet our exacting RS PRO standards. Its housing is made of green polyamide (PA66) with a UL94-V0 certification, indicating good fire safety. It can be used in anything from small-scale electronics equipment you'd find at home to complex industrial circuitry.
