The Infineon single channel smart low-side power switch in aPG-TO252-3 package providing embedded protective functions. The device is monolithically integrated with a N channel vertical power MOSFET. It is automotive qualified and can be used in 12V automotive applications as well as in industrial applications. It is 3.3V microcontroller compatible and has active clamping for overvoltage protection.
