The ROHM N-channel MOSFET high-side power switch, optimized for universal serial bus (USB) applications. It is equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout and soft-start. Moreover, the range of current limit threshold can be adjusted from 0.2A to 1.7A by changing the external resistance.
