Fluke 700G Series Pressure Gauge, ±0.05% Accuracy, 114mm Dial Size - Fluke-700G05
This pressure gauge is a precision instrument for measuring gauge pressures in industrial settings, designed for service in automation, electrical and mechanical systems. It provides accurate analogue readings on a 114mm dial and connects via a 1/4 inch NPT male fitting, making it suitable for pressure checks, diagnostics and validation tasks where compact, robust instrumentation is required.
Features & Benefits
• ±0.05% accuracy delivers precise measurements for calibration tasks
• Range -0.97 to 2 bar covers vacuum to low-pressure systems
• Cast zinc aluminium case resists mechanical impact in workshops
• ATEX II 3 G Ex nA IIB T6 rating allows use in many hazardous areas
• CSA Class 1 Div 2 Groups A–D rating supports classified locations
• Supplied calibrated for immediate traceable field use

**Applications**
• Suitable for pressure verification on pneumatic control systems
• Ideal for commissioning low-pressure instrumentation loops
• Used for maintenance checks on HVAC and process plant lines
• Can be used for factory-floor calibration of pressure sensors
• Used with pneumatic test kits for pressure generation and testing

What media are compatible with the instrument?
The gauge is compatible with clean, dry, non-corrosive gases for low-range models and fluids compatible with 316 stainless steel for higher ranges
for this low-pressure variant ensure non-corrosive gas only.
How does temperature affect performance outside rated limits?
Temperature compensation is specified to rated accuracy at 0°C to 50°C and a defined drift applies beyond this band, with incremental error per °C outside the compensated range.
What documentation and accessories are supplied?
It is delivered with a traceable calibration certificate, a user manual on CD-ROM and a 1/4 in NPT to 1/4 ISO adapter.
How is the instrument powered and displayed for logging?
This mechanical dial model requires no electrical power for primary indication
compatible electronic gauges in the family support digital logging and PC software.
Note
The 700G gauges can be combined with the 7588920 (700PTPK) or 7588926 (700HTPK) pump kits, available separately, for a complete pressure testing solution for up to 600psi with the PTP-1 pneumatic pump and up to 10,000psi with the HTP-2 hydraulic pump. Up to 8493 pressure measurements can be logged to memory using 7588923 700G/TRACK logging software (available separately).
