This push-button actuator is an illuminated, flat white control device designed for industrial control panels and hazardous-area installations where a momentary spring-return action is required. It is built for harsh environments and can Interface with smart system connections while offering sealed construction and a stainless-steel front ring for added protection.

Features and Benefits:

• IP69 protection enabling high-pressure washdown resistance
• IP67 sealing for front-side ingress protection during immersion
• IP66 resistance to powerful water jets and heavy spray
• 5N actuating force for consistent tactile operation
• 3600 operations/h rating for frequent switching cycles
• Mechanical lifespan of 5,000,000 operations for long service life

Applications

• Suitable for control panels in corrosive washdown environments
• Ideal for marine installations requiring DNV and GL approvals
• Used with smart system wiring via SmartWire-DT connections
• Can be used for hazardous-area signalling meeting IEC and EN standards
• Used for industrial machinery requiring UL and CSA approved components

What temperature range can it operate within?

It functions between -25°C and 70°C for ambient operating conditions.

How is the bezel constructed and why does it matter?

The bezel is metal with a stainless-steel front ring to withstand mechanical stress and provide corrosion resistance.

How is the device protected against mechanical shock?

It meets IEC/EN shock requirements with sinusoidal shock tolerance of 15g and 11ms duration.

What mounting cut-out is required for panel installation?

The unit requires a 30.5mm cut-out diameter for correct panel mounting.

How is the device sealed and secured to the actuator?
