The DiodesZetex makes a Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) designed as a Bypass diode for Solar panels. It is selectively rated for 200°C maximum junction temperature for high thermal reliability. It is a patented SBR technology. The device has a low forward voltage drop. It provides excellent high temperature stability. The powerDI-5 package of this rectifier is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability.

Maximum average rectified current IO is 10 A Peak repetitive reverse voltage VRRM is 45 V and peak forward surge current IFSM is 180 A Forward voltage drop VF is 0.53 V, while the operating temperature range is from -65°C to +150°C
