The Vishay Schottky Diode is a surface mount TMBS that is Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifier. It is designed in a low profile package, with a typical height of only 0.88 mm. It meets MSL level 1, as per the J-STD-020 standard. It is useful in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC to DC converters and polarity protection applications.
