This sensor actuator cable connects M12-equipped sensors to equipment via flying leads for direct wiring in industrial systems. It is intended for sensor and actuator signal transmission in harsh environments where mechanical and chemical exposure occurs, offering a robust grey PVC outer sheath and a five-core conductor arrangement for straightforward integration into automation, electrical and mechanical installations.

The recommended tightening torque for the locking nut is 0.6 Nm and an SW13 tool is suitable for assembly.

What mechanical properties affect bend routing?


The cable diameter is 5.2mm and the minimum bending radius is greater than 10x diameter for flexing and greater than 5x diameter when stationary.

Which materials are used in the connector to resist chemicals?


The connector housing is MADE from TPU, the locking nut is nickel-plated zinc die-cast and the seal uses FKM to enhance chemical resistance.
