By measuring milliamp sources between 0 and 24mA, it allows you to take readings with a high accuracy of 0.01% + 2μA. You can then calibrate your thermocouple by comparing this reading to your sensor's measurement. Humid conditions are no match for this hardy product, which withstands non-condensing water vapour up to 90% RH.
