    RS PRO Panel Mount PID Temperature Controller, 48 x 48 mm, 3 Output Relay, 110 - 240 V AC Supply Voltage


    This panel mount PID (proportional integral derivative) controller from RS PRO offers a more advanced form of temperature control than basic devices. It's well-suited for applications requiring primary control functions, such as heat/cool or heat only.

    Instead of using a simple on/off switching function to regulate temperatures like standard controllers, this PID controller takes feedback from a thermocouple and uses it to maintain process temperatures as close to the user setpoint as possible.

    The temperature controller is easily programmed and simple to use. There's a large, clear LED display as well as a quick set-up menu and three-button operation. It can be mounted in a range of ways using the robust panel mount, which is also good if you're short on space.

    PID temperature controllers are common in a wide range of industries, where their ability to react quickly to sudden temperature fluctuations is essential.
