The Vishay SMF DO-219AB package, surface mount ESD protected unidirectional TVS diode is a voltage suppressor with has a stand-off voltage rating of 24V and reverse breakdown voltage of 26.7V. It has a maximum peak pulse current rating of 5.1A.
