The Festo Vacuum generator featuring a 1.4 mm nominal size and Laval nozzle, offers high vacuum performance with a maximum vacuum of 85%. It operates within a pressure range of 0.2 MPa to 0.8 MPa with a nominal operating pressure of 0.6 MPa. The device includes an integrated electric ejector Pulse valve, an electric on-off flow control valve, and a filter with a check valve. It also features a vacuum switch with piezo resistive pressure measurement, offering a relative pressure reading, N/O contact switching, and threshold Value comparator functionality. It also operates at a duty cycle of 100% and has a switching output in PNP configuration. The unit is built to withstand operational conditions, with a maximum overload pressure of 5 bar and Air supply time of 0.19 s at nominal operating pressure.
