The Infineon has monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage tracking regulator with high accuracy in small PG-DSO-8 exposed pad package. The TLT125D0EJ is designed to supply off-board systems, for sensors in powertrain management systems under the severe conditions of automotive applications. Its equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and against short circuit to GND and battery.
